HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The shipping time consists of two sections:
- Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
- Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
All orders go through a QA process, testing, and packing within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
Following this, your package will arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on your geographic location and stock availability.

BussinZone works closely with top global merchants to source and curate unique products at the best prices. We travel worldwide to meet trusted suppliers and put together a collection of trending products, so you don’t have to visit multiple retail shops or search various websites.
Because of this, your order may be shipped from various locations, including the US, EU, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc., via our partnership with USPS.
ORDER & TRACKING
Once you place an order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email with your Order # and purchase details.
- You can cancel your order or update your shipping information on the same day before midnight.
- After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, which normally takes 1-2 business days.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment. Several days may pass between scans, but this will not affect your estimated delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- You have 6 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.
- If you try to cancel after receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, we cannot issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped.

RETURN POLICY

“Return: Damage or Defective Item with Your Order #” and include a photograph.
- The return policy applies only to damaged items or manufacturing defects.
- We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered products in normal condition.
