Returns & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Return policy lasts for 14 days from the Delivery Date. If 14 days have passed since you have received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defective Item with Your Order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a replacement.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products with manufacturing defects. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. No refund shall be issued for unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

For Non-U.S. Returns:

Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department.

  • To obtain approval, contact us via email at [email protected] or call +1-(XXX)-XXX-XXXX and explain the reason for your return.
  • If your merchandise fits our criteria, our customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number and confirm shipping and credit details.
  • A confirmation will be sent via email for your records.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some transactions take time to reflect.
  4. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you received a different product than the one purchased, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

To prove the error, please send:

  • Photos of the product received
  • Your order number

Once the error is confirmed, we will begin the exchange process at no additional cost.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
